Trust Is Important

The Hug Difference: Part Three

You can Always Trust Hug.

Many of our clients come to us after a not-so-great experience with other contractors. If this sounds like you, just know you can trust Hug Construction.

If you have spent any time on our website, you may have noticed our Core Values: Honor, Hustle, Humility, and Honesty.

We proudly and prominently list them on the About Hug and Careers pages. But they’re also on the wall of our Spokane Valley office. We discuss them at our quarterly company meetings.

That is how seriously we take them. And that is how you know you can Trust Hug Construction.

That’s the Hug Difference.

Here are a just a few custom touches we’ve added for our clients.

Our Core Values

Honor

Respecting one another, our neighbors, and clients is important to us. At Hug Construction, we believe that enhancing the marketplace presents a chance to respect everyone. This directs every choice we make, whether it’s for a company refurbishment or with the homeowner.

Hustle

We think that working really hard is important. Hug Construction puts a lot of emphasis on exerting ourselves physically and being willing to give our all to the task we undertake. Every single person, from our leaders to entry-level laborers, puts in a lot of effort and pulls in their share.

Humility

We support fostering an environment where the newcomer feels comfortable. This can only exist if those in authority are prepared to listen. All of our employees are entitled to candid, immediate feedback, regardless of their position. Our crews are arranged such that each project lead unites with his team and leads from the front.

Honesty

Whether the customer is there or not, all the employees at Hug Construction always act morally. We think that honesty, even when it is uncomfortable, is a prerequisite for having real integrity. At Hug Construction, we’ve established a dynamic where we offer constructive criticism and encouragement in the same open and honest manner.
