The office staff was very helpful (above abd beyond) throughout the process of making selections and answering financial questions. The work crews from demolition to finish work were skilled, professional and polite and always left the work site cleaned up at the end of the day. Our project manager, Matt was always very responsive when we called with questions or issues . He maintained a very active role throughout the project . Matt was "Client Focused!" Communication throughout the process was very transparent either through direct communication with staff when possible or 24/7 utilizing the Buildertrend application. The kitchen with a great storage/seating island and walk-in pantry is very well designed and compliments the open concepts that are so popular these days. The attention to details paid to finishes shows to be very well done. I like the upstairs bedroom layouts too. The fan lights in the bedrooms are modern and nice.
