Everything we do is focused on you, our client, first. We invite you to our office to discuss your project in detail. We visit your property, draw up plans, discuss specific selections, and provide an in-depth estimate of the work.

Fixed Schedules
This is the agreed-upon timeline between the client and Hug Construction. It’s a fixed week by week schedule, for the duration of the project, that guarantees the start and end dates of your project. We guarantee a weekly update every Friday outlining our current status, what’s next, and if we are waiting for anything from you, our client.

Warranty Coverage
Hug Construction offers a 2-Year Warranty – double the industry standard – on all our work. We’ve been around over 20 years, so you know we stand behind it.

Fixed Bids
We offer a fixed bid with straight dollar-for-dollar on budget lines, and no additional fees or mark up on budget lines that go over. So many other contractors have moved to a cost-plus bid because it’s easier and safer for them and doesn’t require them to have a stake in the project’s cost and/or timeline.

Clear Communication
We provide weekly updates to you, but we also provide you with a user account and password you can use to log into our Buildertrend system any time you want. There’s even a “Client Log In” link to the Buildertrend system on our website, so you only have one site to remember. Buildertrend will contain everything including the proposal, fixed schedule, daily logs, invoicing, and any Change Orders.

Full-Time Selection Staff
We can work through all the selections for your project and provide you multiple options if there’s a specific style you prefer, or we can help shop for better prices on any items. Any discounts we receive are passed on to you.
