WOLFF TO JOIN HUG CONSTRUCTION IN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP
Spokane-based construction and development firm HUG Construction has announced a new strategic hire, Charlie Wolff. Wolff will join the company in a senior financial and operational leadership capacity starting in January. “HUG Construction has built an extraordinary reputation in our region for integrity, craftsmanship, and forward-looking execution,” Wolff says. “Their team is scaling strategically, and the opportunity to support that growth while strengthening financial and operational systems felt like the right next chapter for me.” Wolff most recently served as COO of Uptic Studios, Inc., a leading regional architecture, interior design and procurement company, where he led financial stewardship, operational systems development, and strategic planning. He brings over two decades of experience in organizational leadership, real estate, finance, and business development.
HUG Construction, founded in 2003, has expanded significantly in recent years across residential, commercial, and specialty construction. Founder and CEO Titus Hug says the partnership reflects the company’s next phase of maturation.
“Charlie brings clarity, discipline, and momentum to the operational side of our work,” Hug says. “We’ve grown fast, and aligning with someone who knows how to build durable systems is essential as we prepare for the next horizon.”
As part of the transition, Wolff will focus on financial, project forecasting, cost controls, and internal communication systems. He will also partner closely with New Residential Homes division project managers and field leadership as the company enhances cross-team alignment. “I’m excited to roll up my sleeves and get to work,” Wolff says. “HUG has an energetic team and a compelling vision, to Improve Your World. Supporting that vision with structure, financial grounding, and operational excellence is a privilege.” HUG Construction is headquartered in Spokane and serves clients across Eastern Washington, North Idaho, Oregon, and Montana.
