The project included an 80,000 SF showroom remodel and a 27,000 SF basement overlay, bringing together Furniture, Sleep Center, and Outlet into one cohesive destination.
The scope encompassed extensive interior demolition and reconstruction, ceiling and finish upgrades, custom casework and sales desk installation, and full interior and exterior painting—executed through precise phasing and seamless coordination with an out-of-state owner’s representative.
